Barcelona Passeig de Gràcia is an underground station set beneath one of the city's most celebrated boulevards, lined with the iconic Modernista buildings of Antoni Gaudí and his contemporaries. It serves as an important intermediate stop for long-distance AVE high-speed trains, Rodalies suburban services, and Metro lines, making it one of the busiest interchange stations in the Spanish rail network. Its central location in the Eixample district means it is within easy walking distance of many of Barcelona's top cultural and tourist attractions.

Take Metro line L2 (purple) from Passeig de Gràcia to Sagrada Família in three stops, around five minutes. The station is one of the best-connected in Barcelona and also within walking distance of Gaudi's Casa Batlló and Casa Milà (La Pedrera).

Renfe Rodalies commuter trains (R1, R3, R4), Rodalies Metro line L3 and L4, Ferrocarrils de la Generalitat (FGC), and Renfe Media Distancia regional trains all use this underground station. It is not a terminus for AVE high-speed trains, which use Barcelona Sants.

There are no dedicated luggage lockers at Passeig de Gràcia station itself. Luggage storage is available at Barcelona Sants, a few stops away by metro or commuter rail, as well as at several commercial storage providers nearby on the Passeig de Gràcia boulevard.

The Manzana de la Discordia (Block of Discord) is a famous stretch of Passeig de Gràcia directly above the station, featuring three rival Modernista masterpieces by Domènech i Montaner, Puig i Cadafalch, and Gaudí. It is one of the greatest concentrations of Art Nouveau architecture anywhere.

Passeig de Gràcia has interconnected underground passages linking Renfe commuter platforms with Metro lines L2, L3, and L4. Follow the colour-coded signage inside the station to reach your platform. Validate your ticket correctly as Renfe and Metro require separate fares unless you have an integrated T-Casual or similar card.
