Stadtbuslinien C1 and C2 connect Santa Justa with the historisches Zentrum in etwa 15 Minuten, stopping near the Giralda and Alcazar. Taxis are plentiful outside the station and the fare to the centre is typischerweise etwa 8 to 10 euros.

Renfe AVE services connect Santa Justa with Madrid Atocha in etwa zwei Stunden 30 Minuten, one of der beliebteste HSR routes in Spanien. Verbindungen to Malaga, Barcelona, and Valencia are also available, normalerweise requiring a umsteigen in Cordoba or Madrid.
