Brugge estación, known in French as Bruges, is the main estación de ferrococheril of this declarado Patrimonio de la UNESCO medieval city in Belgium, served by trenes interurbanos from Brussels, Ghent, and the coast at Ostend. Bruges is one of Belgium's most popular day trips from Brussels, with trains running every half hour and the journey taking about 60 minutes. The compact UNESCO-listed old town is entirely walkable. Most visitors can see the key sights in a full day, though the city rewards a longer stay.
