Grindelwald is reached by BOB train from Interlaken Ost, taking about 35 minutes. The route splits at Zweilutschinen, with one branch going to Lauterbrunnen and the other to Grindelwald. SBB trains from Bern and Zurich connect at Interlaken Ost.
The new Eiger Express gondola from Grindelwald Terminal takes just 15 minutes to reach the Eigergletscher station on the Jungfrau Railway. The traditional WAB cog railway to Kleine Scheidegg also departs from Grindelwald. The First gondola provides access to hiking trails and adventure activities.
Luggage lockers are available at Grindelwald station. The separate Grindelwald Terminal station for the Eiger Express also has storage facilities. Both stations have ticket offices and tourist information.
