Foire aux questions

Rimini station is located about 1.5 kilometres from the main beach area. Local buses run frequently along the seafront, or you can walk east along Viale Principe Amedeo in about 20 minutes. The station is close to the historic centre and the Arch of Augustus.
Trenitalia regional and InterCity trains serve Rimini on the Bologna-Ancona Adriatic coast line. Frecciargento high-speed services connect to Rome and Milan. In summer, additional seasonal trains run to serve the resort's peak tourist traffic.
Luggage storage is available at the station, which is useful for day-trippers heading to the beach. The station has a ticket office, automated machines, a bar, and a newsstand.
The Arch of Augustus and the Tiberius Bridge, both Roman monuments, are within walking distance. The historic Borgo San Giuliano neighbourhood is nearby, and Rimini's famous sandy beaches stretch for 15 kilometres along the Adriatic coast.
There is no railway to San Marino, but regular bus services depart from Rimini station to the microstate, taking about 40 minutes. Rimini is the closest major rail hub to San Marino, making it the standard arrival point for visitors travelling to the republic by public transport.
