나폴리 소개

Napoli Centrale is the principal railway station of Naples and one of Italy's busiest, serving as the gateway to southern Italy and Sicily with high-speed connections to Rome, Florence, and Milan. The station sits above the underground Piazza Garibaldi metro interchange and the Circumvesuviana suburban line to Pompeii and Sorrento, making it a critical hub for the entire Campania transport network. Opened in its current form in 1954 after extensive wartime damage, the station's imposing façade on Piazza Garibaldi is the first sight of Naples for the majority of rail travellers.

Trenitalia Frecciarossa and Frecciargento high-speed services connect Naples with Rome in around 70 minutes and with Milan in under three hours. Regional trains serve the Campania coast including Pompeii, Sorrento via the Circumvesuviana, and the Amalfi hinterland.
A left-luggage facility is located inside Napoli Centrale and is open daily throughout the day. It is a practical option for travellers wishing to explore Pompeii or the historic centre before catching an evening train.
The Circumvesuviana regional railway departs from the lower-level platforms at Napoli Centrale (Piazza Garibaldi) and reaches Pompei Scavi - Villa dei Misteri in approximately 35 minutes. Trains run frequently throughout the day.
Piazza Garibaldi outside the station is busy and can be confusing for first-time visitors; stay alert with belongings in the crowded area. Purchase Campania rail tickets at dedicated windows inside the station to avoid confusion between Trenitalia and Circumvesuviana services.
