Ein 53,85 km langer Eisenbahntunnel in Japan, der die Inseln Honshu und Hokkaido unter der Tsugaru-Straße verbindet. 1988 nach 24 Jahren Bauzeit fertiggestellt, war er bis zur Eröffnung des Gotthard-Basistunnels der längste Tunnel der Welt.
