Avignon Centre is the main city-centre estación of Avignon in Provence, sitting just outside the famous medieval city walls and providing easy acceso to the historic Palais des Papes, the Pont d'Avignon, and the vibrant cultural life of the city. It is served by TER trenes regionales on the Marseille–Nîmes–Lyon corredor, así como Intercités servicios, and connects with the separate Avignon TGV estación via a dedicated lanzadera autobús for pasajeros using servicios de alta velocidad. The estación's central location makes it the preferred llegada point for turistas, though high-speed viajeros must factor in the transfer between the two estaciones.
