Sobre Aigle

Aigle is a junção station in the lower Chablais região of Vaud, best known as the intertrocar de trem for the narrow-gauge Aigle–Leysin, Aigle–Sepey–Diablerets, and Aigle–Ollon–Monthey–Champéry mountain railways that fan out into the Pre-Alps. SBB principalline trains on the Lausanne–Brig Rhône valley route param here, giving travellers easy acesso to the Les Diablerets ski área and the thermal resort of Champéry without a private vehicle. Aigle itself is surrounded by some of Switzerland's finest Chablais vineyards, and the medieval castle visible from the platform adds a memorable arrival experience.
