Disentis/Mustér станция is the junction point between the Rhaetian Railway's Oberalp линия coming from Chur and Andermatt, and the Matterhorn Gotthard Bahn (MGB) линия that continues west towards Brig via the Furka base tunnel, forming part of the famous Glacier Экспресс route. The станция sits at around 1,130 metres altitude in the Surselva region of Graubünden, a Romansh-speaking valley known for its traditions, frescoed churches, and the great Benedictine abbey of Disentis that has stood since the 8th century. Passengers travelling on the Glacier Экспресс between St. Moritz and Zermatt pass through here, making it a key waypoint on one of Switzerland's most celebrated scenic journeys.
