Malpensa Aeroporto T1 is the railway station serving Terminal 1 of Milan Malpensa Airport, one of Italy's largest international airports. It is the terminus of the Malpensa Express service, which provides fast and frequent direct trains to Milano Centrale and Milano Cadorna in the city centre. The station is the primary rail gateway for air passengers using Malpensa and is directly integrated into the terminal building.

The Malpensa Express train connects Terminal 1 directly to Milano Centrale in about 50 minutes and to Milano Cadorna in about 35 minutes. Trains run every 30 minutes throughout the day. The station is integrated into the airport's arrivals level.
Trenord operates the Malpensa Express service with two routes: one to Milano Centrale via Saronno, and another to Milano Cadorna. Both run approximately every 30 minutes. The service operates from early morning until late evening.
The station itself has limited luggage facilities, but the airport terminal above has left-luggage services. Ticket machines and a staffed counter are available at platform level.
The Malpensa Express is significantly cheaper than a taxi, with one-way tickets costing around 13 euros compared to 90-100 euros for a taxi to central Milan. The train is also faster during peak traffic hours, as it avoids the congested motorway.
From Malpensa, take the Malpensa Express to Milano Centrale, which is Italy's main high-speed rail hub. From there, Trenitalia Frecciarossa and Italo NTV trains connect to Rome, Florence, Venice, Naples, and Turin, all within 1 to 3 hours.
