关于 都灵

Torino Porta Nuova is Turin's main railway station and one of the most architecturally distinguished termini in Italy, a neo-classical building completed in 1868 whose elegant iron-and-glass shed has been carefully preserved. It anchors the southern end of Via Roma, Turin's grand central axis, and handles intercity trains to Milan, Genoa, Florence, and Rome as well as regional services throughout Piedmont. Despite the growing role of Porta Susa on the high-speed network, Porta Nuova retains heavy traffic and remains the symbolic heart of Turin's railway system.

Porta Nuova opens directly onto Piazza Carlo Felice and Via Roma, which leads straight to Piazza San Carlo and the heart of Turin. The GTT tram network serves the station, and the city centre is walkable in five to ten minutes.
Trenitalia Frecciarossa high-speed trains connect Porta Nuova with Milan in about 45 minutes, and regional services cover the Piedmont region toward Asti, Cuneo, and the French border. Intercity trains also run to Genoa and the Ligurian Riviera.
A luggage storage facility is available inside the station and is staffed during regular hours. The station also has a range of cafés, a bookshop, and a supermarket within the concourse.
Porta Nuova opened in 1868 and served as Turin's main station for over 150 years, with its neoclassical facade still facing onto the city's main thoroughfare. Much of the long-distance rail traffic has since shifted to Torino Porta Susa following its redevelopment.
The Egyptian Museum, one of the world's most important collections of ancient Egyptian artefacts, is a short walk from the station. The Royal Palace, Mole Antonelliana, and the elegant Quadrilatero Romano neighbourhood are also within easy reach.
