Schwanden GL is a estación in the canton of Glarus, Switzerland, situated in the Linth valle where the Sernf river meets the Linth, sur of Glarus town. It is served by S-Bahn Zürich S25 trenes on the Ziegelbrücke–Linthal branch, connecting pasajeros with the main Zürich–Chur línea at Ziegelbrücke. The estación is a salida point for walkers and climbers heading into the mountains of the Glarus Alps.
