Laufenburg is a Swiss border station in the canton of Aargau, situated on the south bank of the Rhine across from the German town of Laufenburg in Baden-Württemberg, forming a twin-town settlement split by the national border. The station is served by regional SBB trains on the Hochrheinstrecke between Basel and Schaffhausen, connecting Laufenburg with Zurich, Koblenz AG, and the surrounding Swiss Rhine valley.
