Givors Ville is a suburban station south of Lyon in the Rhône department, serving the industrial and residential town of Givors at the confluence of the Gier and Rhône rivers. The station sits on the TER network connecting Lyon with Vienne and Valence on the classic main line that runs parallel to the Rhône, handling regular regional commuter traffic from the Lyon metropolitan area. The Givors area has historically been associated with glass and chemical industries, and the station provides access to the scenic Gier valley route eastward into the Pilat regional nature park.

Givors Ville is a small suburban station without staffed luggage storage or self-service lockers. For longer stays with luggage, the main facilities in Lyon are a better option, as the city is just a short train ride away.
SNCF TER regional trains on the Lyon–Nîmes corridor stop at Givors Ville, with connections to Lyon Perrache and Lyon Part-Dieu to the north. The station is primarily used for commuter services into Lyon and is less suited to long-distance travel.
