Stein-Säckingen is a cross-border station in the canton of Aargau in north-western Schweiz, situated on the south bank of the Rhine direkt opposite the German town of Bad Säckingen in Baden-Württemberg. SBB Regionalzüge on the Basel–Brugg left-bank Rhine line stop here, verbindend Stein with Basel in etwa 45 Minuten and onward towards Zürich. A historisch covered wooden footbridge across the Rhine links the station area with Bad Säckingen, was es a convenient point for cross-border visits.
