Über Thalwil

Thalwil is a busy suburban and intercity station on the western shore of Lake Zürich, serving the prosperous Thalwil municipality and sitting at the junction where the Zürich–Zug–Arth-Goldau line branches off from der Haupt- Zürich–Chur corridor. The station is ein wichtiger node on the Zürich S-Bahn-Netz and sees a high volume of InterCity and InterRegio trains passing through, giving residents convenient access to Zürich in etwa zehn Minuten and to Chur, Lucerne, and Lugano by Direktverbindung.
