Nuremberg Hauptbahnhof is one of Germany's busiest and most important railway junctions, serving the second-largest city in Bavaria. Deutsche Bahn ICE services connect Nürnberg to Munich in roughly one hour, Frankfurt in about two hours, and Berlin in under three hours. International trains to Vienna and Zurich also stop here, making Nürnberg an important hub on the trans-European network.
