Longwy station serves the fortified town of Longwy in the Meurthe-et-Moselle department of northeastern France, close to the borders with Luxembourg and Belgium. TER Grand Est trains connect it to Metz and the wider cross-border rail network of this former iron-and-steel industrial region.
